Petya Alabozova

Bulgarian-born Petya Alabozova studied acting and theater in England and France and at the Akademie für Darstellende Kunst Baden-Württemberg in Ludwigsburg. Her previous works include the solo performance "Auto" at LAB Frankfurt. Since 2012 she has been working with the international theater collective ISO Theatre (International Super Objective Theatre), which is a member of UTE (United Theatres of Europe). Alabozova is fluent in Bulgarian, French, English and Italian. In 2016 she was a member of the international Theaterhaus acting ensemble in Stuttgart, and since the 17.18 season she has been a permanent member of the ensemble at Theater Aachen.

Why do you do theater?

To travel in a time machine. To be allowed to be several and to express with more beautiful words, thoughts and feelings. To understand the world in its diversity.
