Maurice Läbe, born in Hanover in 1999, gained his first stage experience in youth clubs and as an extra at the Hanover State Theater. In 2015, he founded an independent theater collective with friends. In 2020, he began studying acting at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts in Berlin. During his studies, he performed in »Eine Zierde für den Verein« by Marieluise Fleißer, directed by Alina Fluck, with guest performances at the Theater Ingolstadt and the Theater Mainz. In 2023, he was part of a student production that won the ensemble prize at the international Setkaní/Encounter Festival in Brno (Czechia). He also participated as a narrator in the documentary film »Jürgen Baldiga – Entsichertes Herz« and appeared in a documentary series on ARD. In the 23.24 and 24.25 seasons, he was a guest at the Berliner Ensemble in the play »Mann ist Mann« by Bertolt Brecht, directed by Max Lindemann.
Since the 25.26 season, he has been a member of the ensemble at Theater Aachen. He can currently be seen in the productions »Blutbrot« and »Alice im Wunderland« as the Cheshire Cat.
