Greta Ebling was born and raised in Mainz. After graduating from high school and completing her first internships at the Mainz State Theater, Greta Ebling began studying acting at the Hamburg University of Music and Theater, graduating in 2023. In 2022, she and her acting class, directed by Julia Hölscher, won an ensemble prize at the national competition for German-speaking acting students with their production »[BLANK]«. In 2023, she took up her first permanent position at the Schlosstheater Celle.
At the start of the new 25.26 season, she became a permanent member of the ensemble at Theater Aachen and can be seen for the first time as Elektra in »Die Orestie« and as Kaninchen in »Alice im Wunderland»
